Damaged or misprinted items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
- Once confirmed, we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including any return shipping.
